Register for a FREE health consultation with one of our coaches! This meeting is to discuss your personal goals and gives a broad overview of the program and what you can expect on your Ideal Protein weight loss journey. It is important that you understand the process before choosing to start, so this consultation is a program requirement.
Once you decide you're ready to start the protocol, you will need to fill out a health profile. After your health profile has been reviewed by the Ideal Protein team and approved by your doctor, you're ready to get started! You will be attending a virtual food class to set you up with tools for success while on protocol as well as ordering your initial supply of food.
It's time to start! You'll find out how to schedule weekly appointments with your coach for a progress check-ins. At these appointments, you'll go over previously submitted food journals and talk about your progress. You'll find out how to submit your weekly food order. You will also be invited to participate in a private Facebook group where our community can come together. Announcements will be posted in this group and all members are encouraged to post about any and everything, including recipes, questions, encouragement, and more!
Meet Your Coaches
Samantha Driver and Jessica Robinson look forward to serving as your coaches as you travel on your weight loss journey. You’ll be assigned to one of these ladies and will meet with them virtually each week as they work to help document and guide your weight loss plan. Samantha and Jessica are dedicated to being your biggest fans as they encourage and support you along the way!
